Famous Hosts In Washington DC

Amy and I are leaving today for a week in the capital. I have training this weekend for the summer travel program that I’m leading, and Amy will be spending the weekend with friends in a nearby suburb. We’ll meet up on Sunday for four days of sightseeing and exploration, returning to NY on Thursday.

So where are we staying from Sunday through Thursday? We’re couchsurfing! Our hosts are Gil and Nancy Glass, and their 15 minutes of fame came in late 2009 when CNN covered their hosting of sixteen guests for the Obama inauguration.

We’re looking forward to a great time!
