Yair the Pooh

25 09 2011

Oregon is beautiful, bountiful and lush during this time of year.  It seems that almost every nature walk that Yair and I take produces some sort of fresh berry, fruit or other delight: blackberries, apples, plums, grapes, etc.

This landscape has allowed me to make a new discovery about my husband, and I call it “Yair the Pooh”.  You know that image that everyone has of Winnie the Pooh with his paw in the honey jar?  And Winnie’s determinedness to get every last drop out of the hive and utter delight once he does?  Nothing compared to Yair.  I give you our family scavenger:

We love you guys and you are sooooo cute! The kids keep asking when Ayo and Yair are coming back. They love the pictures (when I relent and show them). Have lots of fun and outdoor air for us!
