On a whim, Yair and I flew over to Jerusalem for a long weekend with my family. It has been a lovely and mellow trip with quality family time, a walk to the Old City and some shenanigans around town – though Passover as an Ashkenazi vegan isn’t exactly the stuff of parties.
On Saturday evening, we met up with Yair’s younger brother and my little sister on the popular downtown Ben Yehudah street as we looped a number of strangers into creating human pyramids and human carousels with us.
On our next trip over, we may check out this Israeli ashram-style place in the south and see if we can find any fellow hoopers and acroyogis.
A belated happy Passover / Easter / Sunday to you all!
